1. Could we have any discount of shipping?

Yes ,of course. we are the Regular customer of International Express,we have Preferential price of the shipping cost. For instance: we are the old customer of EMS, then we can get 40% discount from the post office of the total.

2. How many days it takes?

Generally it takes 3-5 business days to arrive worldwild by TNT/DHL/UPS, it takes 5-9 business days by EMS, and takes 5-7 business days by FedEx, depending on the area you live in and what shipping method you choose.

3. How to calculated the postage?

Postage is calculated in accordance with the weight ,So buy more and save more! For example: the EMS express charge is almost the same price for 1 or 3 items with the package. the heavier the parcel, the cheaper the shipping cost per KG.

4. What countries or regions do you ship to?

TOPBWH.com ships to nearly every country across the globe, covering North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, Oceania, etc. We employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives to your destination safely and securely.

5. About the delivery time.

After you place an order, we will check your order first and then send the invoice to you within 24 hours.So that once your payment was made, we will arrange the cargos to you within 1 business day.

The shipping costs depend on the weight, delivery method(EMS, DHL, TNT, UPS and FedEx), and destination country.

8. How to get tax less or free upon import?

Any import charges or fees are the buyer's responsibility. In order to ensure you receive your order tax less or free upon import, we will declare it as a “GIFT” or “SAMPLE” with a lower value. This lower price does not reflect the total price you paid or the market value of the product and may not apply to countries with different tariff rules. If need to using the true value, or any other requests, please write down the information on the “Notes” when you Complete order.

9. Is there any extra charge from you?

We would not charge extra fee other than actual wholesale price and corresponding shipping fee. No PayPal fee. Meanwhile, we would not responsible for any bank charge of your payment. The order price does not include Custom tax. We'll try our best to help our clients avoiding custom taxes, but because of the complexity of different countries’ Custom tax policy, we are not sure if your package can pass custom without tax.

10. Why sometimes I can't check on website of express after receiving the tracking number?

Because sometimes express delays on updating the information on their website. So please be patient and check it some time later.

11. Return and Exchange

TOPBWH strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of shipment and in new, unused condition with original packaging. Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns (please refer to promotion disclaimers for the terms of each offer). 12. Order Cancelation

We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should contact us at sale@topbwh.com  immediately once you decide to cancel the order. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.

13. Exchange

We will accept exchanges for a different style, size or color. You will be required to ship the products back in the condition they were sent, unworn and undamaged with original labels on. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless you are exchanging an item that is found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Should the products be received damaged, worn or not in the condition sent, as mentioned, an exchange will be refused. We strongly advise to use a traceable method of shipment as we will not be responsible for claims of items lost or damaged in transit, and your exchange will regrettably be denied. Please contact our customer support before sending the products back.

14. Refund

If you are not satisfied with our products, you can choose to be refunded the cost you paid for any of your initially ordered items if they have been returned in original condition to our warehouse.
